We've enjoyed great success buying from the Craven Breeze-up sale, including Group 1 winner Ventura Storm.

Our latest purchase is a very taking son of Tasleet, who cost 70,000 GNS and looks every inch a quality sprint prospect.

Tasleet is from the family of Battaash and steeped in speed. He was a classy stakes winner at 2yo, 3yo and 4yo displaying both precocity, quality and longevity.

Our colt is bred to be good.

His dam Chrissycross (by Cape Cross) has already produced Group 2 winner Gustavus Western (BHA 115 Timeform 119), himself a winner from 2 to 5yo.

The Breeze

As you can see from the photo above, the colt is still ‘up behind’ (i.e some growing to do). He is 15’ 3 hands and seems likely to end up 16 or 16’ 1.

A real stamp of a sprinter and physically not yet the finished article.

To avoid getting him unbalanced they let him coast for a furlong into the dip and then pushed the button. The result is explosive.

Of 135 to breeze, he was 122nd for the first furlong, 7th for the 2nd furlong and 3rd for the run out. Many of the others were smaller sharper types, particularly impressive for such a scopey colt, bred to progress from 2 to 3yo.

Both the time and visual impression are excellent.

This colt has the stature, family and turn of foot to progress into a serious sprinter and he's with the perfect man in Robert Cowell to accomplish that.

He was a no-brainer for the ENIGMA string and sold out immediately to members. We kept just 1 share back to offer to new members via the website.

There could be no better way to start your ENIGMA share portfolio.
